Bam Margera’s wife, former MTV star and professional skateboarder Nicole Boyd, is taking her husband to court (via Page Six). However, the reasoning might not be what you expect. She isn’t seeking a divorce, rather full custody of the couple’s son, Phoenix Wolf, who is three years old.
According to TMZ, Margera can see his son under supervised visitation. Usually, these custody lawsuits take place during or after a divorce filing, but Boyd hasn’t pulled the trigger on the couple’s marriage just yet. Margera and Boyd got married in Iceland in 2013 (per Us Weekly). Not to be confused with the wedding he had on his MTV reality show, “Bam’s Unholy Union.” That marriage was between himself and childhood friend, Melissa Rothstein, back in 2007. Their marriage was rocky, and he announced they were living separately in 2010 before finalizing their divorce in 2012. According to Hollywood Mask, the marriage between Margera and Boyd has been rocky since he relapsed in 2018, which was just one year after their son was born in December 2017.
